Care Instructions:
This product is suitable for machine washing on a gentle 40° setting, using a 'delicates' detergent. For drying, it can either be hung out to air dry or tumble dried on a low setting. It is not suitable for dry cleaning.

Each and every one of our THREE Duvets sections is individually handcrafted to order by our expert seamstresses, here in Devon. We will do out very best to get this to you the following day after placing your order.

Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We will have checked your THREE Duvets product before sending it to you. However, should find any issues with it, once it has arrived with you, please do contact us and we will help you. If you find any faults that are covered under our 5 Year Guarantee. Full terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee can be found here.

If your product is not faulty, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, providing the items:

  • Have not been used
  • Are still in their original packaging
  • Are in excellent condition
  • Please ensure you provide proof of purchase with your return (including your original order number).

We do not offer a ‘try before you buy’ service and therefore any item you receive from us will have never been used. We are sure you will understand that, with bedding items, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for items that have been used, unless they fall under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee.
