Our duvet sections are all encased in a high quality, 100% natural cotton casing with a 260 thread count, resulting in a product that is as comfortable as it is sustainable. Each duvet section is individually handcrafted in Devon, avoiding the use of synthetic fibres, bonding agents or glues in accordance with our commitment to sustainable practices.

CARE: This product can be machine washed on a gentle 40° setting with a 'delicates' detergent. Hang it up to air dry, or it can be tumble dried on a low setting. Not suitable for dry cleaning.

Our dispatch days are Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

We will have checked your THREE Duvets product before sending it to you. However, should find any issues with it, once it has arrived with you, please do contact us and we will help you. If your product is not faulty, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, providing the items:

  • Have not been used
  • Are still in their original packaging
  • Are in excellent condition
  • Please ensure you provide proof of purchase with your return (including your original order number).

We do not offer a ‘try before you buy’ service and therefore any item you receive from us will have never been used. We are sure you will understand that, with bedding items, for hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for items that have been used, unless they fall under the terms and conditions of our 5 Year Guarantee.
